We practically build the design that you like the most. We deliver them completely finished, with finishes and lighting. Interior carpentry is quoted separately, according to the requirements of each client. *Houses built with Dry Wall are as resistant or more resistant than houses built conventionally because in the event of any seismic movement, they have the flexibility that conventional constructions do not have. *They do not require more maintenance than is usually given to a conventional house. *They are as durable over time as a conventional house. *They are athermal. That is, in the heat, they are cool and in the cold, they are cozy. *They are built very quickly. Between 4 and 6 months depending on the area to be built. *They are much easier to modify over time. *They are much cheaper to build: A minimum of US$300.00 less per M2 built. We build the houses with walls approximately 0.16 centimeters wide, similar to the width of conventional walls, with a double structure for greater resistance and better thermal insulation.
